2 cups milk
1/2 cup Abrorio rice
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Abrorio rice
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup Sultanas (optional)
cinnamon sugar2 Tablespoons butter
Add vanilla, sultanas and sprinkle dots of butter and cinnamon sugar on top and cook for another 15 or 20 minutes. (pudding will thicken more as it cools).
let stand,
uncovered until cooled.
